Hawthorn CTMH Australasian Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to our Hawthorn Australasian Blog Hop. If you arrived from Dannii's Scrappychicks blog, you are on the right track. Or perhaps you arrived by accident - please hop around and see what my friends have created to inspire you.

This page layout was inspired by a sketch I saw on Pinterest from Sketch Savvy. I used White Daisy & Sangria cardstock, Hawthorn paper pack & stickers, Mink Twine, Thin 3D Foam Tape to created the page. I then used Sangria ink pad & dauber to add some colour to the border of the layout.

Having been overseas for the last 4 weeks and unable to craft, I was pleased to get back to my craft space when I got home. So I have also been making cards in the last few days.

This first card was created using White Daisy & Sangria cardstock, Hawthorn paper pack, Mink Twine, Basic Circles Thin Cuts, D1871 - You're Going to Love This stamp set, Sangria ink pad & 3D Foam Tape to add some dimension to the sentiment.

My next card was created using White Daisy, Sangria & Kraft cardstock, Hawthorn paper pack, D1283 - Say it in Style stamp set, D1886 - Build a Plaid stamp set, Sangria ink pad, Mink Twine & 3D Foam Tape under the sentiment.

And the last card I am sharing with you today was created using White Daisy cardstock, Hawthorn paper pack, Z3253 - Layered Leaves Thin Cuts, Sangria & Goldrush ink pads & daubers, C1813 - Woodland Greetings stamp set & Mink Twine.

Love how you've used the open leaf and tag diecuts with Hawthorn kit, very effective.

I love the use of the corrugated cardboard look paper. Who'd know you'd been away from crafting for four weeks. Well done. xxx Dannii

You know what a sucker I am for using up every last scrap - I love your last layout with the teeny little ribbon tags - great use of little bits! Welcome back!

Great layouts & cards, love how you used the scraps on the card where the papers are on an angle, I will have to CASE that layout.
