CTMH Australasian Spruced Up Blog Hop

Hi & welcome to our CTMH Australasian Spruced Up Blog Hop! If you arrived from Maz's blog, you are on the right track. If you arrived here by accident, I hope you will hop around and see what everyone has created using this versatile Spruced Up collection!

I have been busy creating with this collection ready for my upcoming workshop and to build up my card collection so I will have cards on hand as needed during the year!

This first layout - which now has photos on it (but I haven't taken pictures of the the completed pages) was created using White Daisy, Sangria, Mink & Julep cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack with stickers, CTMH Artbooking Cricut collection, CTMH You Are Here Cricut collection, Julep Loose Sequins &Thin 3D Foam Tape to add some dimension to the title.  I also added extra photos to this layout with Flip Flaps and Memory Protectors Plus, Design 1.

This layout is a favourite! I want to add some different techniques to some of my projects this year, so this workshop by Julie Carriere of The Scrap Zone was perfect! I changed up Julie's layout to suit. I love the torn & inked edges on this layout! I created it using White Daisy, Espresso, Mink & Sangria cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack with stickers, Artbooking, Flower Market & You Are Here cricut collections, Z3633 - Spruced Up Cardmaking Stamp & Thin Cuts, Espresso & Evergreen ink pads, Clear Shimmer Brush, Thin Foam Tape, Small Round Water Brush & Edge Distresser.

The first 3 cards are my version of the cards from the Spruced Up card making workshop. I changed them up a little to suit me. I love the colours in these papers!

For this card,  I used Espresso, Julep, French Vanilla & Sangria cardstock, Spruced Up Paper, Z3633 - Spruced Up Cardmaking Stamp & Thin Cuts set, Espresso & Julep ink pads, Thin White & Gold  Ribbon &Thin 3D Foam Tape.

This card was created using Sangria & White Daisy cardstock, Z3633 - Spruced Up Cardmaking Stamp & Thin Cuts, Mink, Julep & Sangria ink pads, Silver Embellishing Thread, Thin 3D Foam Tape & 3D Foam Tape.

Another thing I plan on doing this year is to use up some of the bits I have in my stash! I did that in these next two cards. This first one was created using Julep & White Daisy cardstock, Spruced Up paper, Z3624 - Celebrate Embossing Folder, Z3625 - Happy Birthday Shaker Window, Julep & Silver Loose Sequins, Burlap Ribbon (retired), Sandpaper (retired).

This next one was created using White Daisy & Sangria cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack (Zip Strip), Green Burlap Ribbon (retrired), Julep Loose Sequins.

For this card, I used  White Daisy & Sangria cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack, Z3639 - Scallop Circle Thin Cuts, Basic Circle Thin Cuts, S2001 - Everyday Magic stamp set, Black ink pad, Gold Loose Sequins & White & Gold Ribbon.

My last card is a step card.  It was created using White Daisy & Julep cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack, Z3633 - Spruced Up Cardmaking Stamp & Thin Cuts, D1283 - Say It In Style stamp set, Espresso & Julep ink pads, Water Colour pencils & 3D Foam Tape.  To make it easier for me to recreate this card in the future, I created a Design Space file so I can easily cut the base on my cricut. You are welcome to use this file to create your own cards, but please do not sell this file:  https://design.cricut.com/#/design/195391597

The Spruced Up collection is available WSL till the end of February. Contact your consultant to get yours or I am happy to help you if you do not have a consultant and you live in Australia. You can contact me here!

S2001 - Everyday Magic CTMH Australasian Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to our 1st blog hop for 2020!

You have joined our S2001 - Everyday Magic CTMH Australasian Blog Hop. If you came from Maz's blog you are on the right track. I hope you will continue to hop around to see what the team has created!

The first project I want to share with you is a double page layout featuring photos taken a year ago when my daughter, Ali, got her Year 12 results!
This layout is inspired by the layout in the NEW catalogue on page 47. It was created using White Daisy & Sangria cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack, S2001 - Everyday Magic stamp set, Black, Julep, Mink & Sangria ink pads, Decorative Borders Thin Cuts (retired). I used the second generation stamping technique to create the background stamping. This layout would be a great one for using up scraps and strips of paper and cardstock.

I was inspired to make this card for my dear friend, Nell, who lost her home in the recent bush fires in the Adelaide Hills. She is such an inspiration and is indeed all kinds of amazing! The card was created using Julep, Sangria & White Daisy cardstock, Spruced Up paper pack, S2001 - Everyday Magic stamp set, Sangria ink pad & Julep Glitter Gems. I tore the top edge of the Sangria cardstock and Spruced Up paper.

The Everyday Magic Stamp Set (S2001) is only available during January 2020, so make sure you contact your consultant to get yours before it's gone! If you don't have a consultant, you can contact me here!

I would love you to leave a comment before you continue on around the blog hop to see what Dannii from Dannii's Scrappy Chicks has created.

CTMH Australasian Cedar & Pine Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to our CTMH Australasian Cedar & Pine Blog Hop. If you arrived from Maz's blog, you are on the right track. If you arrived by accident, I hope you will hop around and see what our group has created.

This is a very busy time of year, so sometimes crafting takes a bit of a back seat. But I did have time to create this layout by fellow consultant, Janice Gilhooley.
To create the layout, I used the cricut file from Janice - using Artistry, Art Philosophy, Artiste, Season of Joy, You Are Here & Complete Creativity Cricut collections, with Cedar & Pine paper, Candy Apple, Evergreen & White Daisy cardstock and Silver Glitter paper. I added some Gold Shimmer Brush to the trees and ornaments.

In the last couple of months I have also created some cards and a little box for chocolates or small gifts.

This first card was created using White Daisy cardstock, Cedar & Pine paper pack, Gold Glitter paper, S1911 - Family Time Stamp set, S1912 - Reindeer Crossing stamp set, Candy Apple, Ruby, Evergreen, Peach, Smoothie & Black ink pads.

This card is one from the Cedar & Pine cardmaking workshop and was created using Black, Linen & White Daisy cardstock, Z3531 Stamp & Thin Cuts set, Intense Black & Saffron ink pads, Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Markers, 3D Foam Tape.

This simple card was created using  Kraft & White Daisy cardstock, a Zip strip from the Cedar & Pine bulk paper, S1911 - Family Time stamp set, Black, Fern, Mink & Saffron ink pads, Clear Sparkles - coloured with Spectrum Noir maker, 3D Foam tape.

For this card, I used  White Daisy cardstock, Gold Glitter paper, Cedar & Pine paper pack, Holly Jolly paper pack, CC101912 - Traditional Holiday stamp set, D1283 - Say it in Style stamp set, Intense Black, & Evergreen ink pads, Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers, Gold Glitter Gems, 3D Foam Tape.

And this card (similar to the one above) was created using  White Daisy cardstock, Cedar & Pine paper, Holly Jolly paper, Gold Glitter paper, S1911 - Family Time Stamp set, D1283 - Say it in Style stamp set, Black, Candy Apple, Evergreen & Ruby ink pads.

For this little box (that perfectly fits 2 Ferrero Rocher choclates but could be used for any little gift) I used White Daisy Cardstock for the box, with Peach cardstock and Cedar & Pine paper. The cute little elf is from the Holly Jolly Cardmaking kit and was coloured with Spectrum Noir markers and some stickles added to his hat pom pom.

The Cedar & Pine collection is available till 31st December (WSL), so get yours today. If you don't have a consultant, you can contact me here!

I would love you to leave a comment before you continue on to see what Dannii from Dannii's Scrappy Chicks has created!

I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Don't forget to come back soon and see what is NEW and what I have been creating.

Happy Crafting

Christmas is coming .....

Can you believe we are now only just over 3 weeks away from Christmas? I have a few specials and projects to share with you as we head into one of the busiest times of the year!

I missed out on being a part of the Stamp of the Month blog hop but I want to share a couple of cards I have managed to create using this cute stamp set available during December only!

For this card, I used White Daisy cardstock with some Holly Jolly paper. I stamped the sleigh with Intense Black ink then coloured it with the spectrum Noir Tri-Blend  markers (but you could use your favourite colouring medium)! I stamped the reindeer using Mink ink and the sentiment in Candy Apple.

This is one of my favourite cards this year - I love the simplicity. I used White Daisy cardstock - embossing the background with the stitched circles embossing folder (which is only available in the online section of my website with not many left in stock).  The pine cones and leaves were stamped with Espresso & Fern ink pads, and the sentiment with the Espresso ink pad. I added some White & Gold twine to finish off my card. 3D Foam tape added some dimension to the card.

Documenting your favourite memories and moments with your pals with paws is now easier than ever thanks to the Best Friends Furever special. Cat-lovers & dog-lovers alike will swoon over the Best Friends Furever Cut Above® kit, which features 6″ × 8″ pre-printed base pages with reversible die-cuts featuring dog-focused sentiments and images on one side and cat-focused ones on the other! Create even more fun, pet-themed projects using the Best Friends Furever paper pack, and coordinating stamp sets, Eat Play Love and Kitty Cuddles. We’ve even assembled a workshop kit containing paper, stamps, cardstock and more, available to you at a 20% discount!

I have had a sneak peek of the NEW January - February catalogue and I know you are going to love it all! So stay tuned!  In the meantime, make sure you go onto my website and snap up any of the products you have on your wishlist from the current catalogue before they are gone! And don't forget to check out the "ONLINE ONLY" section for those goodies that are no longer in the catalogue, but available in limited quantities!

You can see the Stamp of the Month and all the current specials - including the Best Friends Furever collection! I will be creating some projects soon using this gorgeous collection, so make sure you come back soon and see what I have created!

Don't forget to come back soon to see what is NEW and what I have been creating.

Hi and welcome to our Holly Jolly CTMH Australasian Blog Hop. If you arrived from Lauren's blog, you are on the right track. Or perhaps you arrived by accident - please hop around and see what my friends have created to inspire you.

I have created this page ready for my favourite Christmas pic of my family for 2019! (I need to make sure everyone is is the right colours to match the paper!)
This page was created using Holly Jolly paper, Glacier & White Daisy cardstock, Gold Glitter paper, D1878 - Cedar & Pine Scrapbooking stamp set, Versamark ink pad with Gold Embossing Powder, White & Gold Ribbon, Gold Embellishing Thread, Gold Shimmer Brush to add splatters to the page. I cut the tag for my title using the Decorative Tags Thin Cuts and the stars were cut using the Basic Stars Thin Cuts. I added some Thin 3D  Foam Tape behind the stars for dimension.

I have also made a few cards & gifts using the Holly Jolly paper.

These first two cards feature the cute little elf from the Holly Jolly Cardmaking workshop kit - coloured using the fabulous Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers - now available from your CTMH consultant!

For this card, I cut the Christmas Tree negative on my Cricut using the Art Philosophy Cricut collection. With some White & Gold Twine, this card was simple to make!

The cute little elf is fabulous for Gift Card Holders. I added my elf to a belly band around the gift card holder! Who wouldn't want a gift card in this cute holder?

For this final card I am sharing with you today, I added my sentiment from  C1804 - Merry Christmas Tree stamp set and the holly from Z3535 - Cedar & Pine Cardmaking stamp & thin cuts set using Candy Apple & Evergreen ink pads. I finished the card with a few Holiday Loose Sequins.
