Merry Christmas!

I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! I know this time of year is not easy for all, but I hope as many of you as possible get to spend special time with family and friends - making new memories and reliving old memories!

These are just a few of the Christmas cards I have created this year! I was inspired by many people when creating these cards! Thank you if you are one who has been my inspiration in the past year!

This time last year we were enjoying the trip of a life time to Western Canada! It was less than Zero degrees Celsius most of the time we were there - a little different to the 39 Celsius it is here right now!

Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year! This year, it will be fairly quiet for us, but I get to spend the day with my gorgeous little family - including the dog and cats, and catch up with some of the extended family.

Once again, I wish you a very Happy Christmas. I pray that it is filled with peace and joy as you spend time with those you love and that 2018 brings all that you hope for!

I look forward to catching up with many of you in the New Year and I hope to inspire those I don't get to see with my creations.

Basics Fundamentals CTMH Australasian Blog Hop

The Basics Fundamentals are one of my favourite collections! And they go with so much. I created this layout to add photos of my daughter's first car! Unfortunately, I haven't had time to print the photos because a busy couple of weeks and being sick. 

The day before we picked up the car, I made a banner and took it to the dealer to put on the car as a surprise for Ali. I used the same banner on my layout - only I decreased it's size to fit the page.

An Enchanting Holiday

During the October School holidays, we travelled to Sydney for a week of adventure! So I have started creating some layouts to add our photos to! I just have to get the pictured printed now!

Inspired by layout on page 40 of Annual Inspirations 2017-2018. 

 Inspired by Pattern #27 from MIFHY Vol3

 

This layout was created to fit a large number of Zoo pics on it.

Over the past few weeks, I was busy preparing for a Christmas Market in my local community. So I used this cute stamp set to create some book marks for the market! They make great little gifts for classmates or friends!

I used some of the ShinHan Twin Touch markers to colour the cute icons and added some "glitter" with the Clear Shimmer Brush. And to help make the book marks a little sturdier and to cover the bleed of the markers, I added coloured cardstock to the back of each book mark. The book marks are finished with a selection of ribbon and twine from my stash.

Silver & Gold CTMH Australasian Blog Hop

Earlier, I shared a 13 page workshop I have created using this fabulous collection. But there was still paper left over, so I have created this double page layout! Even though this collection is a part of the CTMH Christmas collection, it can be used for so many other events too! My layout is designed for some special everyday memories!

The right page of my layout is based on one of the pages from the calendar project that will be available during December - speak to your consultant about this great workshop! I then created the left page to coordinate! I teamed the Silver & Gold Paper Pack with the gorgeous 'Colour of the Year' - Bashful, along with Black & White Daisy Cardstock. To finish off my layout, I added some Bashful Glitter to the title - cut from the You Are Here Cricut Cartridge, and some White & Gold Twine along with the pretty Gold Glitter Gems.
