Last Days for Happy Times

These are a few projects I have completed recently using the Happy Times Paper Pack and/or Stamp Set!

These mini cards were inspired by my dear friend, Jacquie Paech, using leftover scraps of Happy Times paper, some Pixie Twine and Clear Sparkles.

This layout was also inspired by Jacquie Paech - once again using the Happy Times Paper pack, teamed with the Happy Times stamp set (CC1064) and some Gold Shimmer Trim.

Jacquie also inspired both these cards. The top one was created using paper from the Happy Times paper pack with the Happy Times Stamp Set. The card below was created using paper from the Georgie paper pack.

Doodled Designs

As well as sharing Happy Times at my retreat, I am featuring the Doodled Designs Stamp Set (A1170). These are a few of the pages  and two cards I have created using this stamp set.

I used the (retired) Penelope paper pack to create this layout and the Doodled Designs Stamp set for the title and journalling and to add colour to the page. 

This layout was created using the Georgie paper pack. For the large circles, I just traced around a dinner plate, then moved it slightly a couple of times to get the effect I wanted to match the stamp. The Doodled Designs stamp was used for the journalling. 

This layout was created using (retired) Charlotte paper, with the Doodled Designs stamp set to add some decorative elements.

This layout was created using paper from the (retired)  Regatta paper pack, with White & Gold Ribbon with Glacier & Flaxen Twine.

For this layout I used the same pattern as the one above but used the NEW Calypso paper Pack, with White & Gold Ribbon with Glacier & Pixie Twine.

And this is the same layout again, but using the Happy Times paper pack with Black & Gold ribbon, White & Whisper Twine. I stamped the Doodled Designs circle in Black & Whisper ink as well as Versamark that I embossed in gold. 

These cards were inspired by Margi Gilbetson and were created using the Doodled Designs stamp for the "wreath" and the flowers using the (retired) Spring Time Wishes stamp set and Thin Cuts.

Happy Days Layouts

During the last few weeks, I have been creating pages using the Happy Times paper pack, ready to share at my retreat (which I am at now)! I wanted to share these layouts with the retreat attendees before sharing with everyone else.

There are a few of them, but I hope you are inspired by these layouts. Hopefully over this weekend I will get some photos on to many of these pages.

The left page for this layout was inspired by page found on Pinterest by Nicole Samuels & the right page was created to coordinate. I used the Happy Times Paper Pack, White Daisy Cardstock, D1686 - Noted Stamp Set, Black, Canary, Glacier & Whisper Stamp Pads. The title was cut in Design Space using the font from the Artistry Cricut Cartridge.  I added Glacier Twine to add some texture. 

The left page inspired by layout found on Pinterest & the right page was created to coordinate. For this layout I used White Daisy Cardstock, Happy Times Paper Pack, CC1064 - Happy Times Stamp Set, Black, Canary, Crystal Blue, Glacier & Fern Stamp Pads & Glacier Twine.

This layout was also inspired by a page from Pinterest by LeNae Gerig, using White Daisy & Pomegranate Cardstock, Happy Times Paper Pack, CC1064 - Happy Times Stamp set, Fern, Pomegranate & Pixie Stamp Pads, Fern Twine & Gold Sequins.

This layout was also Pinterest inspired.  Once again I used White Daisy Cardstock, Happy Times Paper Pack, CC1064 - Happy Times stamp set, D1686 - Noted stamp set, Glacier & Whisper Stamp Pads, Gold Foil tape & White Twine.   

 

This layout was also inspired by a layout found on Pinterest using the Happy Times Paper Pack, D1686 - Noted Stamp Set, Black Stamp Pad, White & Gold Ribbon, Artiste Cricut Cartridge for the title. 

This is another Pinterest inspired layout. Once again I used the  Happy Times paper pack, along with Fern & Pomegranate cardstock, Enchantment Fundamentals Stickers, Gold Sequins & Edge Distresser. The title was cut using Design Space and 'Chloe' font.

For this layout, I used Kraft & Pomegranate Cardstock, Happy Times Paper Pack, CC1064 0 Happy Times Stamp Set, Canary, Glacier & Pomeganate stamp pads & White Twine.

I have created three different versions of this layout - to show how versatile one layout can be using different paper combinations. For this one, I used  White Daisy & Black Cardstock, Happy Times Paper Pack, A1170 - Doodled Designs Stamp, Set CC1064 - Happy Times Stamp Set, Black, Whisper & Versamark Stamp Pads, Gold Embossing Powder, Black & Gold Ribbon, White & Whisper Twine.

This layout is also Pinterest inspired. The "fluffy" Flamingos were inspired by Chris Lothian. I used White Daisy, Pixie, Whisper & Black Cardstock; Happy Times Paper Pack; Z3228 - Tickled Pink Thin Cuts; C1651 - Tickled Pink Stamp Set; Pomegranate & Black Stamp Pads; Pixie Twine 3D Foam Tape; Bonding Memories Glue.

I wanted to create a layout for Mother's Day with paper I had left from my pack of Happy Times Paper. I added White Daisy Cardstock; CC1064 - Happy Times Stamp Set; B1474 - Flowers for Mum Stamp Set; Pomegranate & Fern Stamp Pads (Second Generation Stamping for lighter flowers); Versamark Stamp Pad; Gold Embossing Powder;Gold Foil Tape; Gold Sequins & 3D Foam Tape. 

I hope you have been inspired by all these layouts which were created from one Happy Times paper pack (and there is still some left over).

Happy Mother's Day

It is Mother's Day in Australia, so I have created a page to add that special photo, using the Happy Times Paper pack - available only during May 2016!

Along with the Happy Times Paper Pack, I used the Happy Times Stamp Set (CC1064) - stamped with Pomegranate and Fern ink pads. I finished the edges of the page with Gold Foil Tape and added a few Gold Sequins to finish the page off.

Happy Mother's Day to all women. I trust it is a day spent with loved ones.

Happy Times

May is National Scrapbooking Month and Close To My Heart have released a limited edition Paper Pack and coordinating stamp set that are only available during May. It's a Calypso Kind of Day

I am so excited that the NEW Seasonal Expressions is now live! I have spent a lot of time recently creating projects to share at my annual retreat, but today, I created a page I want to share with you, using the delightful Calypso Paper Pack.

I used White Daisy & Pear cardstock, Calypso Paper Pack, Doodled Designs (A1170) Stamp Set, Cotton Candy, Honey, Lagoon & Pear Stamp Pads, White & Gold Ribbon, Glacier, Pixie & White Twine. Also used were the Scallop Border Punch, 12" Trimmer, Micro Tip Scissors, Glue Dots & 3D Foam Tape.

Seasonal Expressions 2 is now available

I am very excited that the SE2 is now available and May is National Scrapbooking Month! I have had a chance to preview the new catalogue during April and even had a play with some of the NEW products. Today, I am sharing some cards I have created using two of the new Thin Cuts sets - available till the end of August WSL!

The first 4 cards feature the gorgeous Flamingos from the Tickled Pink Thin Cuts (Z3228) available for just $21.00. They coordinate with the Tickled Pink Stamp Set (C1651), also available for $21.00.

The next 4 cards feature A Bunch of Love Thin Cuts (Z3251) and the coordinating A Bunch of Love Stamp Set (1647). Both are also available for $21.00 each. I have used the Watercolour Pencils and Watercolour Paints along with the NEW Small Round Waterbrush, to colour the images.
