Today, I took a break from creating cards and created a page using the October Stamp of the Month. I combined it with the White Pines paper pack - and am very happy with the results.

Christmas Card Buffet cards

During October and November, I am planning to hold several Christmas Card Buffets - where attendees can make up to 6 cards for $15.00. All the pieces will be cut ready for stamping and assembly! I have been working hard (around my injured back) to get a variety of designs ready. These are some that are ready to go.

All cards have been created using products that are currently available from the CTMH Annual Inspirations and Holiday Expressions catalogues.

Christmas Cards

I have been enjoying creating Christmas Cards ready for a Christmas Card Buffet. I have used a variety of stamp sets and had fun.

This card features Sangria paper, Eggplant Cardstock, A1170  - Doodled Designs & M1126 - This is Christmas  stamp sets. I added some Silver Foil Tape & Poppy Extra Thick Twine. I used Fern & Eggplant Exclusive Inks Stam Pads

This card features the stamp set from the White Pines Workshop onThe Go Kit - only available till the end of December. I also used some White Pines paper along with Red Shimmer Trim & Fern Extra Thick Twine.

This card also features the stamp set from the White Pines WoTG kit, with Pomegranate & Colonial White Cardstock. I used Pomegranate & Fern stamp pads and added Fern Extra Thick Twine

And another card featuring the stamp set from the White Pines WoTG kit with Kraft Cardstock & the Fern stamp pad. 

This card features the Hostess Rewards stamp set - B1493 - Festive Trees stamped in Fern, Whisper & Cranberry stamp pads. The addition of Red Shimmer Trim & Fern Extra Thick Twine finished it off. The card is based on the one in the Holiday Expressions catalogue.

I am really enjoying creating with Sangria! The left page is based on the layout on page 34 of the Annual Inspirations (Layout 4k - Main Frame - Quilt Blocks, page 62 of the Reflections Idea book). The right page is based on layout 3f - Sidebar - Journaling, on page 45 of the Reflections Idea book. I also used all three of the Hello, Life Stamp sets - available during September only.

I was inspired by Lori Brown from Saving My... to create these cards below. They can be used for cards, on scrapbook pages and in pocket scrapbooking pages.

I used one sheet of White Daisy Cardstock - cut into four 6" x 4" and four 4" x 3" rectangles, then rounded the corners.

I used all three of the Hello, Life Stamp sets - CC1040, CC1041 & CC1042 with Black, Pomegranate, Goldrush, Saffron, Fern, Peacock, Sapphire & Eggplant Exclusive Inks Stamp Pads. I used the Black Journalling Pen to edge the cards.

Sangria

During October, I will be featuring the beautiful Sangria Collection! I decided to create a page using this paper pack today, based on the layout on page 38 of the Annual Inspirations. I am very pleased with how it turned out.

I used the "rock and roll" technique to achieve the colour variation on the leaves and title plaque. I love how this gives an interesting look to a stamped image - and no two turn out the same!

Is it too early to start making Christmas Cards? I have started to get ready for some upcoming events. I don't want to be rushing closer to my events!

I am often inspired by cards seen on Pinterest! This card was inspired by several seen there and it is so simple to make! And I made 3 slightly different versions of it.
