Welcome to our S1802 Sunny Thoughts Stamp of the Month Australasian Blog Hop! If you arrived from Doris' blog, you are on the right track. If you arrived here by accident, then I hope you will hop around all the blogs and see what everyone has created using our February Stamp of the Month - Sunny Thoughts!
This month I am sharing a selection of cards I have created using this versatile stamp set, with a variety of papers.
For the first three cards, I used some scraps of cardstock I had sitting on my desk and used the coordinating ink colour to stamp a "splash" with D1733 - Splash of Colour Stamp Set under the sentiment.
The colours used were Cranberry, Lagoon & Sapphire.
For this card, I used a scrap of Basics Fundamentals Paper. I used the border stamp from S1802 - Sunny Thoughts Stamp Set for the border and stamped it and the sentiment in Charcoal ink.
For this card, I used Pacifica and White Daisy Cardstock. The circle was cut using the largest of the Basic Circles Thin Cuts. The cute little mermaid is from D1764 - Make Waves Scrapbooking Stamp Set and was stamped with Black Memento Ink and coloured using Water Colour Pencils. The sentiment was stamped in Pacifica.
This card was created using Pacifica, White Daisy & Lemon Cardstock, along with paper from the Stargazer Paper Pack. I used Design Space and my Cricut Explore to cut the pocket. The sun is from the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge. The circle was the one cut from the 'Mermaid' card above - using the largest of the Basic Circles Thin Cuts. I used Pacifica & Lemon Ink to stamp the sentiment.
